Job Requirements
- 6+ years of fullstack development experience with end-to-end ownership of business-critical systems.
- Frontend: Strong React.js ecosystem skills (TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, React Query, MUI, Emotion/Styled Components).
- Backend: Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript; experienced in building APIs and working with event-driven/serverless systems.
- Knowledge of Python, Go, Nest.js or similar languages/libraries is a plus.
- Cloud & Database: Hands-on AWS experience (Serverless, networking basics, container services, RDS).
- Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL, solid SQL fundamentals, and experience with ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma).
- Problem-Solving: Curious and detail-oriented with strong debugging skills, balancing correctness with practical tradeoffs.
- Collaboration & Growth: Effective communicator, open to feedback, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- AI-assisted coding: Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) and familiar with integrating LLM APIs (e.g., MCP, RAG).

Role Description We are looking for a self-driven GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer Intern who is pro at using AI tooling, automation and understanding the marketing landscape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting with tools, and scaling outbound efforts using automation. You will build the outbound engine that drives CloudRaft's growth — enrichment pipelines, AI-personalized email sequences, LinkedIn automation, and lead scoring systems. These aren't experiments; they go live and generate real pipelines. You will work closely with the founder to design, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns while leveraging AI and no-code/low-code tools.
