• Manage full project lifecycle for serialization and track & trace implementations (from initiation to hypercare) • Serve as primary liaison between clients (MAHs, CMOs, 3PLs) and technical teams • Coordinate integration between Level 3 (site) and Level 4 (enterprise) systems such as TraceLink, Arvato, SAP ATTP, Optel, SEA Vision, Jekson, and others • Define and monitor project scope, timeline, deliverables, and milestones • Conduct technical workshops, requirement gathering (URS/FDS), and validation planning (VP/IQ/OQ/PQ) • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (EU FMD, DSCSA, ANMAT, COFEPRIS, AEMPS, etc.) • Prepare and review documentation: user requirements, design documents, risk assessments, and validation protocols • Support master data and partner onboarding activities within TraceLink and national systems • Identify project risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and engineers assigned to the project • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders in both Spanish, Italian and English

• Lead end-to-end feature development on the core product • Design and build full-stack features with a focus on security and scalability • Make architecture and design decisions that align with Domain-Driven Design principles • Write and maintain unit and integration tests • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing • Work with product and design to turn requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to roadmap planning with realistic feasibility assessments and timelines • Work with MySQL at scale, designing schemas and optimizing queries • Containerize services using Docker

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade applications using TypeScript across the stack. • Develop intuitive, performant user interfaces using React and modern front-end tooling. • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations (Node.js / TypeScript). • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Write clean, testable, maintainable code with strong attention to performance and reliability. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

• Own end-to-end pharma IT sales: from discovery to close • Translate regulatory needs into tailored proposals • Convert multi-stakeholder deals into signed contracts • Run the full cycle from the first real conversation to a signed contract • Take warm handoffs from the BDR team and own the full sales cycle through close • Running consultative discovery where regulatory and technical context genuinely matters • Build proposals with solution consultants that address the client's actual problem and not a template • Keep your pipeline clean, current, and moving — without being chased • Represent the company at industry events and client sites when required

• Build a desktop application in Kotlin and Compose Desktop that deploys, configures, and manages AI models on local hardware • Create the UI for model management dashboards and agent configuration screens • Integrate with backend REST APIs to handle model deployment • Implement configurations using TOML, JSON, and YAML • Build LLM proxy routing to connect coding agents to locally hosted models • Package the application into native installers for Windows, Linux, and macOS

• Build ML models for real-time disinformation detection • Deploy and monitor models in production environments • Manage data pipelines using streaming and batch processing frameworks • Make architectural decisions on databases, infrastructure, and system design • Collaborate across engineering, ML, and intelligence teams
