Forward Financing
• Speak with business owners to assess goals, address questions, and present funding options as a solution to their business needs • Master a high-volume auto-dialer environment, maintaining the stamina to deliver high-quality pitches on the 100th call of the day as effectively as the 1st. • Educate prospects on our product, the submission process, and the value proposition of our funding • Drive urgency and clear call-to-actions to maximize submission volume • Track lead activity, status, and outcomes in Salesforce • Collaborate closely with the Manager, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product for funnel improvements
Job Requirements
- 1+ years in a sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role (high-volume environment a plus)
- Relentless follow-up game
- Great phone presence, fast typing, strong written communication
- Comfortable using tools like Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Metric-driven mindset
- Able to juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and follow internal processes and guidelines
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
