Business Intelligence Analyst

• Create new reports, dashboards, indicators, and metrics to track existing and new business needs for the Client Experience Team • Contribute to the business objective by providing trends, risks and opportunities in a timely matter to help the business optimize the tickets • Collaborate with Executive to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements • Analyze and understand the departments you support to act as the person of reference for questions on insights and data accuracy • Propose and recommend improvements in the actual reporting of the assigned departments to enhance the insights generation • Share the insights gained from analysis with the company to increase the general knowledge of the company • Leverage the Fabric One Lake environment to optimize and transform data for each request • Leverage actual and new sources to provide added value insights

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or statistical analysis
  • Experience in Client Experience, Support
  • Analytical thinkers with a strategic mindset
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, tools and business domain
  • Ability to analyze and make recommendations
  • Good knowledge of Fabric
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools, Power BI, DAX, PowerQuery and other programming languages for querying
  • Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
