• The Business Intelligence Analyst supports Calista’s Accounting and Finance teams by analyzing and interpreting complex data • Deliver actionable insights through reporting tools such as Costpoint BI, MS Power BI, and OnBase • Collaborate with departmental teams to understand data requirements • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in data analysis and report development in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience with IBM Cognos (Deltek Business Intelligence)
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
  • Ability to pass a background, drug, and reference checks
