• Maintain and strengthen relationships with specialty bicycle shops in the Belo Horizonte region. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Monitor commercial indicators and sales targets. • Track store and product performance and implement strategies to maximize sales. • Provide technical and commercial support to partner stores. • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products. • Analyze market data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector.
  • Negotiation skills: ability to conduct sales negotiations persuasively and ethically, always seeking the best outcome for the company and the customer.
  • Interpersonal communication: ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust with commercial partners.
  • Relationship management: maintain close, long-term relationships with partner stores, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Conflict management: active listening, mediation, empathy, problem solving, and conflict prevention.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle for the routes.

This role ensures all imaging orders are accurately scheduled, pre-authorization requirements are met, and patients receive clear instructions to prepare for their procedures. The scheduler serves as a vital liaison between patients, referring providers, clinical staff, and radiology departments to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.
