Operations Trainer

• Administers and/or conducts training within a functional area or unit • Provides training on procedures, services, products, computer applications, operating systems, end-user training, etc. • Conducts surveys and analyzes metrics to identify training opportunities based on projected needs, changes, and other factors • Delivers training to internal and/or external audiences on processes, service, product, computer applications, operating systems, programming and end-user training • Evaluates and organizes existing materials for effectiveness and may adjust as necessary
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of training-related experience
- Familiarity with training approaches and methods, tools and techniques
- Presentation skills and the ability to present information to a variety of audiences
- Data gathering and analysis
- Facilitation skills
- Experience with writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference guides, and on-line help text
