• Provide virtual, one-on-one nutrition counseling grounded in evidence-based care • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans aligned with client goals • Support clients across common focus areas such as meal planning, navigating eating out and travel, lab interpretation, and supplementation guidance • Guide clients through ongoing goal-setting using a structured framework designed to support sustainable behavior change • Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage consistency and long-term engagement • Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow-ups • Manage your own schedule and availability You’ll have the opportunity to build a growing caseload and support clients over time, with many providers developing a steady panel of ongoing clients.
Job Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Experience in an outpatient or counseling setting
- Strong clinical foundation in medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based care
- Ability to translate nutrition guidance into realistic, sustainable behavior change for clients
- Empathetic, client-centered approach that helps individuals feel heard, supported, and motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a virtual setting
- Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
- Nice to have:
- Experience supporting clients longitudinally (ongoing care vs. one-time sessions)
- Experience with telehealth
- Interest in building a steady, long-term client caseload
