• Be part of the Sales team collaborating daily with customer success, product marketing, and product teams. • Engage with CISOs to address challenges in perimeter security, external attack mitigation, and real-time fraud management. • Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO, ensuring Cleafy’s cyber-first approach aligns with fraud risk management strategies. • Report key market insights and customers’ feedback to the Product and Marketing team. • Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), showcasing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, TXM, etc.). • Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers, working in tight connection with Product Specialists. • Represent Cleafy at key industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions with CISOs, fraud leaders, and security professionals. • Support Cleafy’s value proposition fine-tuning across regions, working tightly with Product and Marketing teams. • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security assessments, and technical discussions that drive customer confidence.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services for security vendors, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity, enterprise security, fraud prevention (with a strong cyber perspective), or digital risk (with a strong security focus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
  • Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs, security teams, and fraud teams, including cyber details.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong public-speaking presence at cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
  • Technical academic background in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field is a plus.
