• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a small portfolio of strategic accounts based in EMEA, developing deep familiarity with their use cases, architecture, teams, and business goals. • Lead technical issue resolution end-to-end, partnering with Support and Engineering on escalations and driving root-cause analysis. Provide hands-on troubleshooting within your accounts where it accelerates resolution and deepens customer trust. • Guide customers as they extend Solo.io products to support modern workloads — including AI and agentic use cases such as LLM gateways, agent-to-agent communication, and securing model traffic at scale. • Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases and surfacing opportunities for customers to gain more value from the Solo.io product suite. • Consult with customers on architectural best practices, performance tuning, and operational excellence in their Solo.io deployments. • Design and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and enablement content to grow customer self-sufficiency. • Champion the customer inside Solo.io — translating their needs into actionable feedback for Product Management and Engineering. • Partner with the account team (CSM, AE, SE) to identify and manage technical risk, renewal health, and expansion opportunities.

• Stand up working demos that evolve the technical story for anchor contracts, with the output being running code or mock prototypes • Develop demo environments using publicly available federal data • Participate in go/no-go calls and shape win themes from a technical angle • Write white papers and give talks to contribute to For People's voice

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate integrations connecting PTC Windchill with ERP, MES, CAD, and other engineering and manufacturing systems. In this role you will own the technical integration layer between Windchill and the broader enterprise systems landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Windchill integration experience and a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, and PLM-to-ERP data flows. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) using Info*Engine, web services, and middleware platforms. - Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill, including check-in/check-out workflows and metadata mapping. - Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems. - Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using OData, Info*Engine, or custom Java services. - Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI). - Design and operate robust error-handling, alerting, and resubmission patterns, applying disciplined engineering practices and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are durable, well-documented, and aligned with broader team and platform standards. - Profile and optimize performance of high-volume integrations, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency. - Lead migration efforts to retire legacy point-to-point integrations and replace them with modern, middleware-mediated patterns, planning phased cutovers, building backward-compatibility shims where needed, and ensuring each migration step is reversible and well-monitored. - Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD functional teams to align integrations with business processes. - Develop integration documentation, message specifications, and runbooks, applying disciplined engineering practices and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are durable, well-documented, and aligned with broader team and platform standards. - Provide hands-on post-go-live and hypercare support, working closely with operations teams to triage incidents quickly, identify root causes, and drive durable fixes that improve long-term system stability. - Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code review, design review, pair programming, and structured knowledge sharing, helping the broader team grow in technical maturity and confidence over time. - Continuously evaluate emerging integration tools and patterns, assessing maturity, fit for purpose, and total cost of ownership, and make grounded recommendations on which to adopt, pilot, or defer based on real engineering needs.
