Junior User Acquisition Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and help drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. The ideal candidate should have approximately one year of hands-on experience with at least one advertising platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest ). The core focus of this role will be within the Meta ecosystem , including: - Running creative tests - Launching localized campaigns - Testing different buying strategies to improve performance Key Responsibilities - Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid social campaigns (primarily Meta), monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to hit targets (CPA, ROAS). - Testing & Optimization: Run tests on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, geos, audiences, etc., to improve performance and find scaling opportunities. - Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to iterate on ad creatives, test different formats and messages, and share structured performance feedback. - Data & Insights: Analyze campaign metrics and work with the data team to turn insights into actionable optimizations. - Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with creative, data, product, and marketing teams to ensure aligned and effective user acquisition efforts. Qualifications - 1+ years in Digital Marketing or User Acquisition - Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform ( Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat ) - Ability to analyze performance data and make optimization decisions - Solid understanding of key marketing metrics ( CPA, ROAS , etc.) and unit economics - Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, performance results, and recommendations Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
