M-Files
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies • Understand each customer’s business goals, challenges, and product usage to deliver ongoing value • Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to support customer outcomes • Identify at-risk accounts early and coordinate retention strategies • Conduct regular account reviews and success check-ins • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Stay informed on M-Files product updates, roadmap, and new capabilities to share with customers • Travel for customer meetings or QBRs as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience as outlined
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion-focused SaaS sales
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customer accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders
- Proactive, customer-centric approach to retention and growth
- Skilled in consultative selling and identifying customer needs
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Preferred Experience**
- Experience in information management, document/content management, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with expansion sales strategies and frameworks (e.g., SPICED, land-and-expand)
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer relationships
- Background in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, or Professional Services
