Campaign Management: Develop, optimize, and scale campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Manage monthly budgets of $20k-$50k+, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximizing ROI. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to design strategies that amplify paid campaigns and align with target audience needs. Marketing Automation: Design strategies and manage automations in tools like Zapier and Make.com to streamline workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and Mailchimp. Oversee all automated communications with customers and leads to drive engagement and conversions. Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify and leverage high-performing keywords to enhance campaign success and search visibility. Identify and manage audiences that align with our Ideal Customer Profile for B2B and individual clinicians. Creative Testing & Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to test and refine ad copy, landing pages, calls-to-action, and email templates. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data to uncover insights, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Leverage google analytics, pixels, and other reporting tools to track attribution and source tracking for traffic, opportunities, and overall metric reporting Together we will use this data to determine where we should allocate budget and focus our marketing efforts. Cross-Channel Marketing: Align paid efforts with other marketing channels, including retargeting, email, and social media campaigns. What do you bring? Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, marketing automation, and campaign management. Technical Proficiency: An understanding of modern tools such as Clay.io and other AI marketing strategies and tools. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and GoHighLevel (GHL). Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage large budgets, optimize campaigns, and develop cohesive marketing strategies. Market Knowledge: Experience driving customer acquisition in competitive U.S. markets. Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills for coordinating with content creators and cross-functional teams.
