Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Ascend Technologies
• Develop, execute, and reconcile multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, paid social, email, events, and webinars) designed to generate new-logo pipeline • Collaborate with Business Development and Channel/Alliances teams to align campaign messaging, lead quality, and handoff processes • Plan and/or manage, and reconcile local, regional, and national events (sponsorships, Microsoft-aligned campaigns, associations, etc.) to drive awareness and lead engagement • Partner with Ascend’s alliances (e.g., Microsoft, TD SYNNEX) to leverage MDF and co-op programs for joint campaigns and lead sharing • Manage ABM programs leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and intent data for intent-based targeting • Collaborate with Marketing AI & Operations Manager to measure performance and continuously optimize campaigns using data insights and AI tools • Develop campaign content in collaboration with the Client Success Marketing Manager • Track lead conversion and pipeline metrics, ensuring clear attribution for new-logo revenue
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, CRM, and/or IT solutions marketing experience
- Proven success in demand generation and event-based marketing
- Expertise of all areas of HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and ABM principles
- Experience overseeing budget, tracking ROI, and coordinating co-marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, relationship, pro-active planning, and project management skills
- Proficient with design tools, Adobe Creative Cloud platforms and Canva

• Manage and scale our Podcast program by overseeing our existing agency partner to optimize performance and reach new audiences. • Drive CTV strategy and execution, working directly with partners like Hulu and Paramount to expand our television presence and track attribution. • Lead the Creator Program, focusing on scaling a diverse range of micro to large-scale creators to grow both our organic and whitelisted paid social presence. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Analytics to measure performance, Compliance to ensure all content meets financial regulations, and Brand/Creative to develop high-performing assets. • Deliver on Growth OKRs by relentlessly pursuing progress and optimizing spend across emerging and established channels. • Execute social media whitelisting strategies to amplify creator content and drive efficient customer acquisition.
