• Facilitate all Rescue Rebuild tasks in support of Rescue Rebuild Program Managers. • Be in the field at least 25% of the work year renovating, scouting, and coaching Rescue Rebuild shelter partners. • Work with managers to design, budget, and plan jobs. • Handle permitting, ordering, project logistics, travel logistics, and scheduling. • Participate in construction duties, supervise volunteers, and aid in ongoing planning and estimating of other upcoming projects. • Help with project design, planning, logistics, consulting duties, shelter, partner, and vendor communication and accounting. • Assist with administrative tasks including volunteer management, job-related storytelling, writing, and keeping project and consulting budgets up to date.
• Conduct comprehensive research on potential corporate partners to identify and qualify prospects based on partnership fit and capacity • Secure meetings with corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to host Lunch and Learns showcasing GGC's impact and partnership opportunities • Schedule and coordinate exploratory and expansion meetings for senior team members • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for all donor and prospect meetings • Support proposal development, presentation materials, and revenue diversification initiatives to drive team achievement of annual goals • Create compelling one-pagers, fact sheets, pitch decks, and partnership summaries for corporate prospects and partners • Design impact reports and stewardship materials using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or Canva • Develop and maintain branded templates and graphics for use across the development team • Ensure brand consistency across all development communications and partner-facing materials • Produce professional presentations and collateral for donor meetings and partnership negotiations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor, prospect, and partner information in HubSpot • Build, manage and execute ZoomInfo and Hubspot sequences to support corporate outreach and engagement • Generate reports on prospect pipeline, conversion metrics, and fundraising performance to support strategy and decision-making • Track all interactions, proposals, and partnership communications across development staff • Support data cleanup, segmentation, and database maintenance to ensure data integrity • Assist with annual strategic reviews by preparing comprehensive account summaries • Manage a portfolio of 5-10 smaller corporate partnership accounts spanning assigned accounts and new business development • Support stewardship activities, partner communications, and relationship cultivation • Coordinate partnership fulfillment and logistics in collaboration with Operations • Assist with annual strategic reviews, account planning, and partner reporting • Coordinate donor recognition and appreciation activities • Serve as a liaison between Development and other departments including Program, Marketing, Operations, and Finance • Coordinate with Program teams to gather impact stories and outcome data for partner reporting and materials • Collaborate with Marketing on donor communications and campaign materials • Work with Finance on gift processing and reporting requirements • Support Operations with partnership fulfillment and logistics coordination • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items • Maintain organized filing systems for donor records, partnership agreements, and development documents • Support budget tracking and expense management for development activities • Handle confidential partner and donor information with discretion and professionalism • Support special events and fundraising campaigns as needed
• Act as main point of contact for the Austin ground team partner, the local veterinary community, and any other local stakeholders pre, during and post clinic, including visitation and assessment of potential clinic sites. • Ensure clinics maintain high standards of safety, patient care, and efficiency. • Act as veterinarian of record, including maintaining legal medical records, receiving DEA orders and maintaining controlled substance logs using existing GGC software and logs. • Manage any post clinic surgical questions, inquiries and complications triaged through our GGC ER phone and telehealth company, utilizing existing support networks. • Maintain relationships with local veterinary referral partners and collect associated receipts and records to report post op complications. • Maintain on site clinic high volume flow and make operational changes as needed to ensure smooth operations. • Recruit, or act as, on site emergency veterinarian always ensuring presence of ER personnel during clinic. • Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for volunteers, staff, clients, and community partners. • With support and guidance from GGC staff, recruit a team of professional medical volunteers, including a combination of volunteers and contracted veterinarians, to create a HQHVSN team adequate to complete project goals. • Access to GGC veterinary volunteer network will be provided. • Complete reference checks on all new professional volunteers and contract labor prior to offering a technical veterinary position. • Assign roles on site based on volunteer skills and clinic needs to create a successful and efficient veterinary team. • Work with the GGC Veterinary Services administration team to coordinate local travel, housing, meals and any local activities for traveling members of the medical team.

• Create, manage, bid, and optimize Meta and TikTok ads • Work with Director, Paid Media and agencies to plan and review programmatic ads • Work with Director, Paid Media and agencies to plan and review SEM ads • Monitor ads performance and make recommendations on audiences, copy and marketing angles, and images • Help create and implement A/B tests • Work with Director of Marketing Operations to build Hubspot reports/dashboards and validate data to ensure we’re meeting ad KPIs and revenue goals • Help expand our ads program to other channels to diversify revenue streams, such as CTV, podcast/radio, Reddit ads, etc • Review and approve copy and ads as needed • Other duties as assigned
