Role Description Temporary position for 12 months. As a Product Administration Specialized Agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit’s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing. The ability to tailor your approach as needed and make sound decisions is therefore essential. • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for General Ledger, Payments, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Reconciliations, External Reporting, Consolidations, Inter-Company, and Treasury & Cash Management solutions • Lead modernization initiatives across data architecture, integrations, automation frameworks, and AI/Agentforce enablement to streamline global finance operations • Build and develop a high-performing global team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Analysts — fostering a strong product mindset centered on customer value, adoption, and measurable outcomes • Partner closely with finance, accounting, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements and regulatory needs into scalable financial system capabilities • Drive agile execution — from epic definition and high-fidelity wireframes to sprint planning, burn-down tracking, and launch readiness • Define and track business capability KPIs aligned to revenue growth and operational efficiency; provide regular executive-level updates to Business Leads, Workstream Leaders, and Steering Committees • Lead integration strategies with ERP and Enterprise SaaS platforms (Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across finance processes • Ensure product compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Tax, and local statutory and reporting requirements globally • Drive M&A integrations and GL data harmonization across acquisitions to support consolidation, compliance, and management reporting • Identify policy, process, and control gaps; champion simplification and automation-first design principles

• Lead and mentor product owners across four pods; foster a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and accountability • Drive end-to-end clinical data management workflows that power Ontada’s research data products • Translate business requirements into clear data and technical specifications that align with Ontada’s data strategy • Align the data management roadmap with organizational priorities; define pod-level plans, milestones, dependencies, and required resources • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; develop and execute mitigation strategies • Ensure rigorous QA and validation processes to deliver research-grade, high-integrity data • Continuously refine and improve data processes using quality metrics, operational insights, and customer feedback • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data workflows and technical processes are scalable, reusable, and efficient

• Discover and drive the why, what, and how of software products • Ensure that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders • Responsible for the product vision, roadmap and feature sets • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, challenges and opportunities • Help drive product strategy by leveraging customer usage data, business knowledge and competitive research • Passively advocate for and evangelize product vision • Lead and participate in user research and testing • Work with design teams to create wire-frames and early stage prototypes
