Senior Accountant – Fixed Asset Accounting

• Prepare and manage journal entries related to corporate fixed assets • Perform monthly account reconciliations and account flux analyses for fixed asset-related balances • Manage the accounting for capitalized landed costs associated with fixed assets • Review fixed asset activity for completeness and accuracy, and help resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Support the maintenance and improvement of fixed asset accounting processes and internal controls • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and finance stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting • Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc analyses related to fixed assets and corporate accounting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Prior experience in fixed asset accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering effectively with global teams
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite and / or Floqast preferred

Role Description The Technical Account Specialist will provide front-line level support to our customers, physicians, nurses, and their end users.
