Social Discovery Group
• Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and strategic initiatives for the direction. • Define goals, KPIs, hypotheses, and experiment strategies based on business impact and data insights. • Coordinate experiment launches, analyze results, and drive rollout decisions. • Monitor product metrics, landing performance, and optimization opportunities. • Work closely with product teams, developers, designers, and analysts on product improvements and technical solutions. • Research and introduce new tools, technologies, and optimization approaches. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities across stakeholders. • Present product results, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Improve team processes, product culture, and execution quality. • Build reliable operational processes that consistently deliver measurable results.
Job Requirements
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps and strategic planning processes.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to clearly explain trade-offs and business impact.
- Experience working with product hypotheses, experiments, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of product unit economics, key metrics, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
- Experience designing, launching, and evaluating experiments.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or internal tools.
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) at the level required for effective communication with developers.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, web analytics, and tracking systems.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
- Strong Russian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role Description Temporary position for 12 months. As a Product Administration Specialized Agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit’s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing.
