Role Description We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background/experience with data analysis, business requirement testing, and defect management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tableau (Server/Desktop/Prep) for creating data visualizations and reports and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data-related requirements are met and thoroughly tested. - Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights, using statistical methods and data models to support business decisions. - Create clear visualizations and develop reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders. - Conduct spatial data analysis using GIS software (ArcGIS). - Clean and preprocess data, handling inconsistencies and outliers using tools like SQL and Excel to prepare it for analysis. - Design and implement efficient data analysis workflows to optimize processing and analysis tasks. - Test dashboards, reports, and data sources to ensure business requirements are met, and collaborate with product owners to ensure accurate delivery. - Create and manage Tableau visualizations, dashboards, and data sources to provide accurate reporting and insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic business solutions. - Provide technical support and training on GIS tools, visualization platforms, and data analysis methodologies. Qualifications - Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. - Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with proven experience in data analysis, cleaning, and reporting. - Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction. - Ability to access and extract data; clean, transform and prepare data; perform data analysis; and perform statistical measures such as data calculations. - Ability to analyze relationships between datasets and identify patterns. - Experience with Tableau Server/Desktop/Prep to create data sources and visualization dashboards. - Experience with Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data discrepancies and issues in reports and dashboards. - Experience in defect management, user story creation, and testing, including functional qualification, regression, and user acceptance testing support. - Ability to evaluate and validate business requirements, providing actionable feedback. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing data-driven solutions for business challenges. - Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and serve as a strategic thought partner on compensation and People Analytics initiatives • Own and execute the end-to-end compensation cycle, including modeling increases, promotions, band updates, calibration support, and budget tracking • Consolidate, clean, and structure People data across HRIS, ATS, and Finance systems in partnership with People Ops to create scalable, reliable datasets that enable meaningful analytics • Manage off-cycle compensation adjustments, market reviews, and new hire band alignment • Build, refine, and maintain scalable compensation bands and benchmarking frameworks • Design and own advanced People Analytics to drive deep insights and inform Front’s people strategy • Provide People Analytics and insights for executive audiences and the Board of Directors • Lead analytics for the semi-annual engagement survey, including reporting, insight generation, and actionable recommendations • Partner with the CPO on executive-level reporting including attrition trends, headcount strategy, retention analysis, engagement insights, and talent health metrics • Deliver quarterly compensation reports to benchmarking partners such as Radford • Partner closely with Finance on headcount planning, scenario modeling, and compensation budget alignment • Identify opportunities to reduce manual modeling work through improved spreadsheet architecture, automation, and AI-enabled workflows • Act as a strategic thought partner in evolving Front’s compensation philosophy, analytics maturity, and long-term People strategy
