• Aggregate data from multiple sources • Cleanse and normalize datasets to ensure consistency across platforms • Maintain data pipelines for real-time or scheduled ingestion into centralized systems • Troubleshoot integration issues • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., fatigue, cognitive load, recovery rates) to identify trends • Develop dashboards that visualize KPIs related to human performance • Generate reports for leadership on individual and team performance trends • Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • Participate in daily stand-ups or syncs to align on priorities and data requirements • Support cross-functional initiatives that integrate performance data into broader readiness • Recommend improvements to data architecture based on performance feedback

Job Requirements

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
  • 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
  • Skilled in SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based data storage (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
  • Capable of documenting repeatable data workflows and integration protocols
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Comfortable reading and understanding data transformation scripts written in Python
  • Compile and analyze data definitions, usage, labeling standards
  • Maintain analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data
  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data quality and consistency

Role Description Lead high-profile strategic projects and serve as an expert in translating clinical and business requirements into meaningful analysis to improve performance.
