With over 8 years of enterprise sales experience, you will lead our market penetration and revenue growth within the Malaysian retail sector. This role requires an aggressive "Hunter" with a powerful local network who can navigate complex, multi-year, big-ticket enterprise software deals. The ideal candidate will have deep roots in the local business community and the linguistic capability to seamlessly manage relationships with major regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Revenue Growth: Drive sales expansion by consistently achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs within the Malaysian market. - Big-Ticket Acquisitions: Identify, prospect, and close complex, multi-year enterprise deals with large-scale fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retailers. - Consultative Value Selling: Navigate long, complex sales cycles by understanding client supply chain challenges, POS/CRM legacy bottlenecks, and mapping out tailored AI-driven SaaS solutions. - Stakeholder Management: Build high-level trust and manage relationships across diverse corporate boards, from C-level executives to technical operations teams. - Pipeline Excellence: Maintain clean, predictable, and accurate sales forecasting and activities within the corporate CRM platform. - Regional Market Presence: Leverage existing business connections to create immediate value, increase brand visibility, and accelerate market entry. Qualifications - Minimum 8+ years of professional B2B software sales experience, with at least 5 years strictly focused on SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales. - Proven track record in ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel Retail software sales (Strictly no general HRMS/Payroll sales background). - Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to effectively manage communication with regional and international stakeholders. - Demonstrated capability in closing high-value, multi-year, and complex software deployment contracts. - Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of capital works projects — from concept and design through construction and commissioning • Develop project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility studies, involving all relevant stakeholders • Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with approved financial plans • Liaise with government agencies, contractors, consultants, to coordinate activities and resolve issues • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements • Secure permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities • Use project management tools to track progress, manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost, health and safety, and report to management • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize delays or cost overruns • Maintain comprehensive project records, including plans, specifications, and compliance documents

• Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines. • Define moderation standards for crypto-specific content risk: scams, market manipulation, misinformation, harmful financial advice. • Drive policy enforcement frameworks — balancing automation with AI review. • Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors. • Optimize moderation workflows and quality assurance processes. • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, AI classifiers, and reporting systems. • Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns across the platform. • Lead incident response for high-severity content violations and crisis scenarios. • Develop escalation protocols and cross-team coordination mechanisms. • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements. • Partner with Creator Ops to educate and communicate policy changes to the creator community. • Represent Binance Square's governance philosophy to internal and external stakeholders. • Define and track governance KPIs: moderation accuracy, turnaround time, user appeals, ecosystem health trends. • Produce regular transparency reports and insights for leadership
