Role Description We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Sales Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With over 8 years of enterprise sales experience, you will lead our market penetration and revenue growth within the Malaysian retail sector. This role requires an aggressive "Hunter" with a powerful local network who can navigate complex, multi-year, big-ticket enterprise software deals. The ideal candidate will have deep roots in the local business community and the linguistic capability to seamlessly manage relationships with major regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Revenue Growth: Drive sales expansion by consistently achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs within the Malaysian market. - Big-Ticket Acquisitions: Identify, prospect, and close complex, multi-year enterprise deals with large-scale fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retailers. - Consultative Value Selling: Navigate long, complex sales cycles by understanding client supply chain challenges, POS/CRM legacy bottlenecks, and mapping out tailored AI-driven SaaS solutions. - Stakeholder Management: Build high-level trust and manage relationships across diverse corporate boards, from C-level executives to technical operations teams. - Pipeline Excellence: Maintain clean, predictable, and accurate sales forecasting and activities within the corporate CRM platform. - Regional Market Presence: Leverage existing business connections to create immediate value, increase brand visibility, and accelerate market entry. Qualifications - Minimum 8+ years of professional B2B software sales experience, with at least 5 years strictly focused on SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales. - Proven track record in ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel Retail software sales (Strictly no general HRMS/Payroll sales background). - Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to effectively manage communication with regional and international stakeholders. - Demonstrated capability in closing high-value, multi-year, and complex software deployment contracts. - Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements - Identity & Location: Malaysian Citizen based in Kuala Lumpur, with a deep understanding of the local Chinese-Malaysian business ecosystem and corporate networks. - Global Network: Collaborate with a leading $70M ARR global retail-tech pioneer headquartered in Singapore. - Autonomy: High level of ownership to build and execute the sales strategy for the Malaysian territory. - Professional Growth: Direct exposure to cutting-edge AI-first enterprise technologies.

Role Description This individual would be an active member of the NED Retail Finance team.
