• Set and drive product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for our AI-driven real-world evidence products and expert-curated biomedical datasets • Lead planning and execution across the full product lifecycle (discovery → requirements → build → launch → iteration) • Align stakeholders and make tradeoffs across scale, speed, scientific rigor, and customer trust • Guide the work of a small, high-performing AI team and ensure engineering has clear, actionable requirements and success metrics • Evolve our hybrid model that combines AI and expert curation to meet pharma customer needs

• Expand and optimize strategy for how Bazaarvoice data reaches LLM partners (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Scale the collection, processing, and structuring of data optimized for AI consumption • Evolve what data is available for AI optimization, including feeds and APIs for LLM partners • Drive strategic decisions on which AI platforms and partners we integrate with and how we differentiate • Advance the product capabilities that enable clients' UGC to be discoverable and optimized for AI platforms • Evolve what we measure for GEO visibility and performance, staying ahead of market needs • Expand data foundations for GEO performance insights and client value demonstration • Lead strategy for ensuring UGC data is optimally structured and detectable by AI systems • Maintain deep knowledge of AI platform developments (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), identifying opportunities for Bazaarvoice • Shape how Bazaarvoice leads in AI-driven discovery and commerce • Drive product strategy in partnership discussions with AI platforms and measurement vendors • Advance our strategy for how UGC powers next-generation AI-driven product discovery and shopping experiences • Partner with product teams to enable AI features • Establish best practices and guidelines for teams building AI features • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams on AI strategy and client discovery

• Define and drive the product requirements and strategy (in collaboration with SVP Product & Technology) for Jumio´s ID Verification (physical and digital IDs) product line, ensuring alignment with Jumio’s overall company strategy, business goals, customer needs, and industry trends. • Lead the strategy for next-generation identity standards, specifically focusing on the adoption and integration of Digital IDs (e.g., eIDAS 2.0, mDLs) and Agentic AI Verification. • Execution-first mindset, working closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to translate strategic goals into deliverable roadmap. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for government-issued ID verification, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Ensure products meet compliance, security, and privacy standards relevant to ID verification. • Lead a team of Product Owners, ensure value delivery in time and quality, helping them grow their skills in agile processes, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for new product launches and major enhancements. Partner with Sales leadership to ensure the commercial teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and training required to effectively sell new identity solutions. • Represent the company at industry events and in front of customers, helping to establish thought leadership.

• Lead the development of product strategy across the portfolio, and translate it into aligned quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and execution plans. • Plan and sequence work in close partnership with Engineering leadership, balancing customer impact, feasibility, and long-term platform health. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, empowered team of Product Managers. • Elevate and codify PM craft across discovery, delivery, and outcomes, with clear standards for problem framing, success metrics, and post-launch learning. • Shorten experimentation cycles through better problem framing and scope discipline, enabling faster learning without increasing delivery risk. • Partner closely with GTM to prioritise and deliver product capabilities that drive revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation, with clear expectations on timing and trade-offs. • Work in close partnership with Design to ensure strong discovery, experience coherence, and high product quality. • Drive coherence and consistency across historically siloed products.
