Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales of complex solutions or consulting services, ideally within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 3 years in a current role with consistent quota attainment. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, foster deep client relationships, and drive revenue growth through expansion and upsell opportunities. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and have a proven track record in account management, we encourage you to apply. - Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—driving pipeline growth and revenue within assigned accounts. - Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand Concord’s footprint across strategic accounts. - Exceed annual revenue targets through effective account management and growth strategies. - Leverage upsell opportunities within existing accounts to consistently achieve quota. - Deliver exceptional client relationship management for both new and existing accounts. - Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize Concord’s solutions to achieve business objectives. - Manage designated End-User accounts as assigned by sales leadership. - Drive adoption of Concord Cloud Fax and Concord Connect (Intelligent Document Processing) across all accounts. - Conduct semi-annual internal business reviews and develop strategic account plans. Qualifications - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare or consulting services, with a focus on complex solutions. - Minimum 3 years in current role with a proven record of consistent quota attainment. Requirements Compensation Range: $175,000 - $225,000 OTE (uncapped).
