Role Description We are looking for a .NET Full Stack (WinForms) to join our growing team in Qualitest. - Develop front-end applications using WinForms/WPF in a Microsoft .NET environment. - Develop and support application functionality using C#. - Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Maintain, enhance, and develop front-end applications using WinForms in a Microsoft .NET environment. - Utilize DevExpress controls and components to build and improve user interfaces. - Work with existing Microsoft SQL Server backend systems and collaborate on front-end/backend integration. - Participate in future modernization efforts, including transitioning portions of the application to modern web-based technologies such as React. - Analyze existing application architecture and codebases to quickly become productive within the environment. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with WinForms development (required). - Strong proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. - Experience using DevExpress UI controls/components. - Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server environments. - Experience with Azure DevOps Server and/or TFS (Team Foundation Server) for source control and development workflows. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal hand-holding. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to review existing systems, ask the right technical questions, perform independent research, and quickly contribute to development efforts. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience building or consuming REST APIs. - Familiarity with application modernization and migration strategies. - Experience with GitHub and modern Git-based workflows.
