• Lead the implementation of critical features and resolve high-complexity technical issues that require deep expertise in architecture, performance and security. • Provide technical leadership for the squad's tasks, acting as a reliable point of contact to ensure deadlines are met and expected quality standards are maintained. • Actively participate in technical refinements, translating business requirements into viable solution designs and anticipating blockers before development starts. • Raise the team's technical bar through direct code guidance, detailed Pull Request reviews, and ongoing technical support for junior and mid-level engineers (Jr/Pl). • Ensure the squad's execution is strictly aligned with Chapter and Architecture guidelines, proactively correcting deviations. • Support and evolve critical systems, ensuring that solutions for legacy systems or new services are implemented with a focus on stability and scalability.

• Develop end-to-end features (frontend and backend) autonomously, ensuring efficient integration between user interfaces and APIs. • Analyze and resolve medium to high complexity issues independently, using sound debugging and investigation practices. • Actively contribute to technical estimates and refinements, offering critical insight into implementation feasibility and timelines. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, following the architectural standards defined by the Chapter Leader and Architecture team. • Participate collaboratively in code reviews, focusing on maintaining team standards and promoting mutual learning. • Support the technical growth of Junior Developers and Interns by sharing knowledge and assisting in day-to-day tasks. • Work closely with Product Owners, QAs, and other developers to ensure the technical solution meets business needs. • Actively participate in team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions), suggesting improvements to development processes and the squad's agility.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, procedures, views, and functions • Implement data ingestion, transformation, and loading pipelines (ETL/ELT) • Support performance improvements for data processes (tuning and optimizations) • Work with Oracle databases and data integrations • Develop distributed processing solutions on Databricks • Use AWS services for ingestion, processing, and storage (S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, etc.) • Build and maintain data workflows with Airflow • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration • Apply best practices for data quality, governance, and security • Collaborate with the team to define technical solutions and continuous improvements

• Actively participate in refinement sessions, proposing testable acceptance criteria and identifying quality risks from the earliest stages • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans • Develop and maintain automated tests for APIs and frontends, aligning automation to the product's critical flows • Perform integration testing, data validation, and end-to-end testing, focusing on real system coverage • Identify and anticipate quality issues, proactively mitigating defects and supporting platform stability • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous quality throughout the software lifecycle • Continuously evaluate QA tools, methods, and metrics, proposing improvements aligned with industry best practices • Support the structuring of the QA area within the squad, helping to define processes, best practices, and quality standards • Serve as a technical reference for less-experienced profiles, contributing to team growth and a quality-first culture • Contribute to the definition and implementation of testing strategies in distributed environments, ensuring reliability, traceability, and reproducibility of deliveries.

• Manage, operate, and optimize edge security solutions (WAF, CDN, Anti-DDoS, Bot Management) on market-leading platforms. • Analyze network traffic and security logs to identify, classify, and respond to incidents such as denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, exploitation attempts, and malicious bot activity. • Create, tune, and maintain WAF rules and security policies to protect web applications and APIs against known and emerging threats while minimizing false positives. • Manage the lifecycle of digital certificates (SSL/TLS) for edge applications and services, ensuring validity, security, and proper deployment. • Serve as the technical focal point in investigations of application-related security incidents, actively participating in incident response. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices early in the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps), ensuring new applications and APIs are secure by design. • Work with infrastructure and network teams to ensure security architecture aligns with business needs and industry best practices. • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation on configurations, policies, and security procedures. • Automate operational and security analysis tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). • Produce security reports and metrics for leadership that demonstrate control effectiveness and application risk posture.

• Work on identity and access management (IAM) processes, including creation, modification, revocation, and periodic review of access to systems and resources. • Administer the IAM solution and ensure RPE systems are properly integrated. • Automate manual tasks using available tools and scripts (shell scripting, Python, etc.). • Implement new security solutions and technologies related to access management. • Serve as an identity and access specialist supporting development and product projects as well as operational processes at RPE. • Prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation (runbooks) for Access Management activities. • Foster collaboration with IT teams to ensure compliance and security across environments. • Support internal and external audits related to access management controls.

• Plan, create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases; • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of applications through functional and non-functional testing; • Execute integration tests, API testing, and database validations; • Develop and maintain automated tests in Java using frameworks such as Rest Assured, Cucumber, and TestNG; • Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter; • Work collaboratively with the development team, integrating tests into the software development lifecycle (SDLC); • Identify risks, defects, and areas for improvement proactively, contributing to the resolution of quality issues; • Execute tests in distributed environments, ensuring scalability, stability, and reliability of applications; • Document and track test activities and results using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
