Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling • Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed • Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information. • Ensure timely , accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation • Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
Job Requirements
- Reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 250 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
- Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license , and auto insurance
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
- Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

• Perform the day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements (SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA) and readiness assessments under the direction of a management team member. • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls • Identifies and communicates IT audit findings to management • Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients • Communicate effectively with the clients and team members • Lead client meetings and foster client relationships through proactive communication • Provide weekly status reports to management • Proactively communicate to management regarding any potential issues
