Job Description

Product Marketing Manager

Panorama Education

Panorama is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting into the VP of Product Marketing, you will be the bridge and translator between what we build (Product) and how we sell (Sales/Marketing/CS/Partners). You will thrive here if you are an endless problem solver, a cross-functional communicator, and a curious marketer-technologist who can articulate and simplify value – and measure how your products drive business growth.  Key Responsibilities GTM & Launch Management - Execute Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end execution of product releases, managing the cross-functional GTM motion to ensure all internal teams are prepared and aligned. - Product/SKU Ownership: Take ownership of a specific product SKU(s), managing its lifecycle from initial positioning to ongoing market success, helping us grow net new acquisition and client expansion.  - Measurement: Work with rev and marketing ops to create product scorecards and clear business KPIs on how our products drive net new acquisition, expansion and retention.  Messaging & Content Creation - Develop Core Messaging: Draft value propositions, positioning statements, and differentiated messaging that resonate with key market segments and buyers.  - AI Translation: Distill complex AI topics and features into clear, benefit-driven language to drive Panorama’s credibility and trust as the AI partner of choice.  - Product Content & Collateral: Create “lightbulb” moments by creating content that makes our products easier to buy and understand, leading copy and ideation for product one-pagers, product page copy, and product videos, and working with content and demand on guides, webinars and presentation support.  GTM Enablement - Develop Sales Tools to Win: Build the "toolbelt" for our field and partner teams, including pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, and ROI calculators. - Internal Training: Support the training of Sales and Success teams on new features, ensuring they can articulate product value and handle common objections. - Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the field, customers and Product teams, gathering feedback from the market and customers to help inform future product roadmaps. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Customer Insight: Conduct interviews and research to deeply understand the "jobs to be done" for our various personas (Superintendents, Principals, Teachers) and support customer advocacy and voice of the customer.  - Competitive Tracking: Monitor competitor moves and industry trends, providing the team with concise summaries of how Panorama stays ahead.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Solutions Architecture, or Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ed Tech Experience preferred.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional writing and messaging skills with a knack for articulation, simplification and “aha” moments.
  • High capacity and high standards, tackling the product(s) you own as your own book of business to improve, grow and market.
  • Resourceful mindset: You have a bias toward action and a "figure-it-out" attitude when faced with ambiguity.
  • Strong technical aptitude: You are comfortable diving into product details and can speak the language of both engineers and educators.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: The base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $150,000
  • Some of the additional benefits offered are:
  • 401K with an employer match
