• Definir e comunicar uma visão de médio e longo prazo para a vertical de cash-in • Traduzir prioridades estratégicas em direcionamento de produto • Conectar oportunidades de mercado, necessidades dos clientes e objetivos do Asaas na construção da estratégia e na gestão e evolução do portfólio • Identificar oportunidades de novos produtos, expansão de capacidades da plataforma financeira e melhorias estruturais • Priorizar investimentos e iniciativas com base em métricas de negócio, com foco em crescimento e receita, acompanhando P&L dos produtos • Conduzir decisões estratégicas e trade-offs entre frentes • Garantir coerência de estratégia, experiência e instrumentação entre as iniciativas conduzidas por diferentes tribos/squads • Liderar e desenvolver o time, garantindo alinhamento, autonomia e padrão de qualidade na disciplina de produto • Construir um ambiente de alta performance e aprendizado contínuo, com ritos e expectativas claros • Atuar como mentor(a) e referência de produto para a organização, elevando consistência e maturidade de práticas • Acompanhar e evoluir indicadores estratégicos da vertical, remover impedimentos e destravar decisões • Apoiar a resolução de problemas complexos que exigem coordenação entre áreas • Garantir evolução dos produtos em conformidade com exigências regulatórias e políticas internas • Equilibrar inovação e crescimento com governança, sustentabilidade do modelo de negócio e gestão ativa de risco • Contribuir para decisões estruturais sobre produtos e plataforma e seus impactos regulatórios/operacionais.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência prévia em posição de liderança equivalente, liderando times de Produto em escala, com múltiplas squads/tribos e dependências fortes com Engenharia, Dados, Operações e áreas de controle
  • Experiência como responsável por estratégia e execução de portfólio
  • Vivência consistente na construção e evolução de produtos de cash-in e/ou pagamentos
  • Histórico de atuação em contextos de crescimento e receita, com acompanhamento de P&L ou métricas financeiras do portfólio
  • Capacidade comprovada de transformar prioridades estratégicas da empresa em direcionamento de produto (roadmap/portfolio), fazendo escolhas, defendendo trade-offs e garantindo consistência entre frentes
  • Experiência liderando líderes de Produto (GPMs e PMs), com foco em desenvolvimento, definição de padrão de qualidade e construção de cultura de alta performance
  • Forte interação com lideranças executivas, participando de fóruns de decisão e sustentando narrativa clara de estratégia, resultados e investimentos
  • Vivência em ambientes complexos e regulados
  • Excelente comunicação, influência e habilidade de alinhamento entre stakeholders seniores, conciliando objetivos de negócio, experiência do cliente e restrições técnicas/operacionais
  • Mentalidade orientada a dados e resultados, com disciplina de métricas (adoção, conversão, receita, margem, retenção, eficiência e indicadores de risco) e tomada de decisão baseada em evidências
