Role Description This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered. The Master Scheduler will assist with CBP’s Administrative Construction Project Scheduling. - Creates both standard and ad-hoc briefings and reports for the Government. - Requests and gathers information from subject matter experts. - Analyzes and validates collected data for presentation. - Ensures data accuracy and consistency through quality assurance checks. - Formats information clearly to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements. - Provides comprehensive program-level analysis and reporting support for construction projects. - Completes reporting tasks and conducts analysis to meet requirements. - Enhances program processes and provides critical information for decision-making. - Develops reports that offer senior management insights into program performance. - Maintains and improves the risk management program for the construction project portfolio. - Collaborates with management and project managers to create detailed project risk registers. - Conducts lessons learned analyses at the end of each project. - Provides updates and risk management reports to senior management. - Performs technical reviews of project documents for risk management strategy alignment. - Makes recommendations for improvements where necessary. - Supports senior management with detailed reports and analysis highlighting key insights. - Performs other duties as assigned.
