• Provide virtual, one-on-one nutrition counseling grounded in evidence-based care • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans aligned with client goals • Support clients across common focus areas such as meal planning, navigating eating out and travel, lab interpretation, and supplementation guidance • Guide clients through ongoing goal-setting using a structured framework designed to support sustainable behavior change • Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage consistency and long-term engagement • Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow-ups • Manage your own schedule and availability You’ll have the opportunity to build a growing caseload and support clients over time, with many providers developing a steady panel of ongoing clients.

• You’ll become a subject matter expert on multiple applications and provide exceptional customer service to both technical and non-technical customers. • Your responsibilities include responding to customers in a timely, efficient, accurate, and empathetic manner, while supporting a wide range of technologies. • You’ll investigate application issues and resolve customer problems using exceptional critical thinking and adhering to our established processes. • Additionally, you’ll contribute to internal documentation to develop best practices, enhance team processes, and facilitate peer-to-peer training. • Reassigning or escalating cases as needed will also be part of your role.

• Conduct field investigations - including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and IAQ assessments, as well as broader industrial hygiene evaluations. • Collect bulk samples, air samples, wipe samples, water samples, and other environmental media according to regulatory and project‑specific protocols. • Perform building surveys, moisture mapping, and visual inspections to identify environmental hazards or building-related deficiencies. • Assist with abatement/remediation project monitoring, contractor oversight, and clearance testing. • Prepare clear, accurate, and technically sound reports, data summaries, and field documentation. • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities. • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, local building codes). • Respond to both planned and emergent events. • Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Strictly follow internal safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel ~50% in person customer facing in collaboration with Natera commercial representatives and/or medical affairs colleagues to provide clinical knowledge and support for Prospera. • Provide in-depth education and support to transplant coordinators and allied health professionals surrounding the benefits of implementing routine transplant rejection monitoring, specifically using Prospera. • Collaborate with the MSLs and medical directors in providing additional information to healthcare providers as it pertains to Natera products. • Engage in continuous learning in organ transplantation to maintain scientific and clinical expertise. • Support ongoing clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and/or study sites in collaboration with the MSL team. • Performs other duties as assigned.
