Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles)
- Fitness industry experience or background as a gym member/athlete
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or inside sales roles preferred
- Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS customer success concepts (retention, expansion, health scores) is helpful but not required
