What You’ll Be Doing As our Account Management Representative, you’ll support Accredited Businesses throughout their BBB journey while serving as our primary Spanish-language point of contact across the organization. You’ll help businesses navigate resources, answer questions, build confidence in their accreditation, and create positive experiences every step of the way. This is more than a customer service role, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner, community connector, and advocate for businesses. - Build strong relationships with Accredited Businesses through calls, emails, and proactive outreach in both English and Spanish - Support onboarding, engagement, renewals, and ongoing success for assigned business accounts - Serve as BBB’s primary Spanish-speaking support resource for businesses across departments - Translate and interpret communications to help Spanish-speaking businesses fully understand BBB programs, billing, policies, and processes - Partner with internal teams like Billing, Resolutions, and Customer Success to support bilingual communication needs - Attend local networking events, community activities, and business outreach opportunities - Support relationships with Hispanic chambers, Spanish-language organizations, and community partners - Maintain organized and accurate CRM documentation and account updates - Identify ways to improve the experience for Spanish-speaking Accredited Businesses - Bring positivity, professionalism, and care to every interaction What We’re Looking For - Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish are required - Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships - Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to business owners and internal teams - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities - Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms - Experience in customer service, client support, account management, or administrative work is preferred - CRM experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus - A proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset Why You’ll Love Working at BBB We believe in supporting our employees just as much as we support the businesses we serve.
