Role Description This role exists to find what's broken across ServiceUp's operations and fix it. You'll make every operations team at ServiceUp faster and more efficient, working across all four departments in the Operations org — Platform Success, Expansion, Marketplace Growth, and Risk Operations — to build the systems and processes that make each one run better. This role handles everything from building internal processes and systems, to implementing AI across our workstreams, to defining strategy for partner shop acquisition, to supporting the broader Operations team wherever it needs leverage. The initial priority will be executing within the Marketplace Growth team, whose mandate is to grow ServiceUp's independent partner shop base. - Building and documenting internal processes, systems, and SOPs - Implementing AI tools to improve how the Operations org works - Defining and executing strategy for partner shop acquisition - Reading and analyzing data to inform decisions across the team - Supporting the broader Operations team — Platform Success, Expansion, and Risk Operations — as needs arise Qualifications - Graduating May or June 2026 - Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or similar - A pattern of doing a lot and shipping results — leading clubs or student orgs, working part-time, building side projects, or competing in academic, athletic, or entrepreneurial settings - Organized, with strong written and verbal communication - Detail-obsessed and decisive — you like to tinker with systems and get the small things right - A builder who ships first and refines later - Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities - Can zoom in on execution and zoom out to spot what to improve - Interests in startups, tech, and software - Interests in AI and workflow automation - Interests in operationally intensive businesses Benefits - Competitive pay with equity - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible PTO and company holidays - Remote-friendly setup with home office support - Learning and development budget - Wellness stipend to support your health and well-being - Paid parental leave - Benefits may vary by location and role

Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time non-exempt position that provides customer service and support to international university participants and host employers participating in the BridgeUSA (J-1 visa) Summer Work Travel Program. - Review and update participant applications and documents in Salesforce. - Research and secure housing for participants. - Contact Host Companies to vet them for the Intrax Work Travel program. - Assist the Director of Field Operations and Regional Account Manager in providing ongoing support for Summer Work Travel participants after their arrival in the United States, specifically in the Mid-Atlantic region. - Requires attention to detail, heavy database work, and excellent customer service skills. - Fast-paced and service-driven work environment. - Superior customer support with heavy phone and computer usage.
