• Identify opportunities to maximize asset utilization for ROI and capacity • Execute productivity initiatives to deliver long-range strategic plan for Doors • Facilitate cross functional team collaboration to deliver improved results • Build capability of operations to meet customer needs and replicate equipment and process standards across the network • Educate stakeholders on the business value of strategic projects to create buy-in • Ensure that standard operating procedures exist to meet short and long-term needs of the business

Job Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or commensurate professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated improvement project execution, preferably in high-volume manufacturing processes
  • 5+ years of experience working in Operations Management, OpEx, or Continuous Improvement, or similar field
  • Proven track record in enhancing efficiency and profitability in multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Clear view of the production process and how it integrates into the wider business strategy
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, TPS, Kaizen and/or other continuous improvement methodologies
