Role Description As IT Systems Engineer III, you will improve Ophelia's IT systems by focusing on seamless integration, automation, and security to elevate our employee experience. This remote role combines business systems support, operational enablement, and technical coordination to ensure Loss Control systems, workflows, and vendor integrations operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting insurance operations systems, managing workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and improving operational processes through automation and analytics. This role is critical in maintaining Loss Control platforms, supporting internal and external users, and ensuring accurate data management and regulatory compliance across multiple systems.
