Role Description As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand. Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions - Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences - Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate - Adhere to compliance standards in an OFCCP environment - Adhere to the staffing processes established - Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates - Ability to work in a fast paced; process-oriented environment - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives - Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction - Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing Qualifications - Minimum of 1-year full cycle recruitment experience in either a corporate or RPO environment - Experience filling high volume (non-Exempt) and/or niche hard-to-fill (Exempt) positions preferred - Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences - Experience with OFCCP preferred - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives - Strong partnership and consultative skills - Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices - Extreme sense of urgency and excellent customer service delivery - Strong presentation skills - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Requirements - Salary Range: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location - Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds Benefits - Employees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short term disability - Up to 10 days Paid Time Off per year Company Description PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, is a global talent solutions leader, providing unmatched scalability to meet the hiring needs of organizations of all sizes across sectors.
