• clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materials • assist in the prioritization of requirements for training development • research and leverage domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content • develop training materials for operational, task-based exercises • collaborate with language instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of language and domain-specific training materials • collaborate with technical experts as well as other Government and Contractor instructors and developers to obtain and develop language materials • develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives • identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery
• Collaborate with department managers to develop quality job posting and hiring criteria • Post quality job requisitions on appropriate websites, forums, and other modes of advertising • Identify and track candidates building a robust pipeline of potential current and future hires • Screen and evaluate applications and select qualified candidates to interview • Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials with input approval from HR and the hiring manager • Conduct initial interviews independently or with managers or other stakeholders as needed • Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR during the offer process, extend offer and negotiate compensation • Assists HR with onboarding personnel • Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details as needed • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by working closely with the HR department on all recruiting activities, including job ads and interview questions • Update and maintain candidate tracking database • Research and participates in recruiting fairs • Respond to face-to-face, telephone, or e-mail inquiries relating to recruitment issues to ensure high levels of service are maintained • Assist with improving documentation forms and online processes to improve the quality and efficiency of recruiting processes • Track recruiting metrics (number of weekly calls, phone interviews, etc.) as directed by management • Proactive sourcing through social media and networking platforms to build pools of qualified candidates • Assist with proposal recruiting activities, including with analysis of current market trends related to workforce compensation
• Manage day-to-day execution of complex, high-profile projects • Gather and validate client requirements • Manage project financial performance, monitoring revenue, costs, margins, utilization • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage language professionals • Monitor quality trends, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve workflows • Prepare and deliver regular project and management status reports • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
