Executive Operations Assistant

• Manage complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders. • Prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items. • Monitor and manage executive inboxes and communications. • Track leads, meetings, and ongoing activities. • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time. • Coordinate travel logistics when required. • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively. • Support planning and execution of key business sessions. • Draft and organize internal and external communications. • Maintain accurate data and workflows within CRM systems. • Manage tasks and deadlines using project management tools. • Facilitate recurring meetings and ensure accountability.

Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong English proficiency with clear and professional communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable supporting high-level leaders and client interactions.
