BI Analyst
The Leaflet
• Transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions • Design and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results across multiple states for both iGaming and Sportsbook verticals • Conduct variance analysis on revenue trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership • Partner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks • Analyze player cohorts to identify behavioral trends and predict lifetime value opportunities • Ensure data quality and integrity of our revenue reporting while collaborating with our broader Finance and Accounting teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years in Business Intelligence or Quantitative Analysis
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
- Strong communication skills with ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team setting, while balancing multiple individual projects at any given time
- Preferred Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field
- Prior Sportsbook/Casino/Online Gaming experience
- Exposure to revenue recognition principles or FP&A processes
- Exposure utilizing AI tools to assist or build more efficient work streams
