Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, contact centre, hospitality etc.)
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent written skills
- Comfortable handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiar with tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and web browsers
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay) and contact centre platforms is a bonus
- Positive, energetic, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team

What You'll Do - Support the Sportsbook and iGaming Promotions teams in triaging and resolving second-line customer issues while working closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to improve processes. - Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected. - Support and collaborate with other parts of the business, such as Operations, Trading, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, to help proactively diagnose and solve questions from our customers. - Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking. - Become an expert in using our internal marketing and bonus tools; always looking to optimize processes and tools to enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states.
