Operations Support Specialist

QAD

• Support sales-to-operations forecasting and project execution activities in Certinia. • Assist with billing inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. • Support month-end reporting and project closure processes. • Coordinate customer recognition programs in partnership with vendors and Implementation teams. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing, forecasting, and operational workflows. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams to support project execution. • Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and operational performance. • Provide administrative and operational support for operational efficiency initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting forecasting, billing, or operational processes.
  • Familiarity with Certinia or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and revenue recognition processes preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
