Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international, high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- You model turnover costs, justify salary adjustments with data, and reject hiring requests that lack a business case.
- Proven track record in developing managers and leaders.
- Confident use of HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), spreadsheets, and daily use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini or similar).
- Experience with EOR structures, international benefits, and cross-border employment law frameworks.
- You have previously experienced a significant growth phase.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations situations.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Role Description Responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives while serving as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization.
