Role Description Responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives while serving as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization. Operates as a strategic influencer to deliver people-centered solutions that support organizational effectiveness and business results. This role leads and manages the HRG (Human Resources Generalist) team, which provides enterprise-wide, Employee Relations–focused support and delivers core HR services in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs). The HR Manager II ensures consistent, high quality HR execution across the company while driving organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, DE&I, and human capital analytics to advance HR best practices, programs, and tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field. - 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience supporting a multi-unit or enterprise organization. - Demonstrated experience leading or managing HR teams, preferably including Employee Relations or HR Generalist functions. - SPHR certification preferred.
