• We’re looking for a Product Engineer with a strong frontend specialization, a solid technical foundation, and experience working on SaaS products in Agile environments. • You’ll help us build high-quality user experiences, with deep ownership of the user interface, interaction patterns, performance, accessibility, and the overall quality of our apps. • While your core focus will be frontend, we value an end-to-end product mindset and openness to extending your impact into backend or mobile systems where needed, bridging the gap with the support of AI. • You will join a product squad and work closely with designers, product managers, and experienced engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI. • The role is moving toward end-to-end ownership—focusing on understanding user problems, shaping product decisions, rapid prototyping, and validating ideas, rather than just coding from strict specs. • The company is undergoing this transformation itself; you aren't expected to have everything figured out from day one. • What matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, strong engineering judgment, and a genuine willingness to learn new ways of working. • You will receive the tools, practices, and team environment needed to evolve into a product-minded, AI-enabled engineer while continuing to deepen your technical expertise.
• Co-own the architecture: Help drive the architecture and evolution of our cloud infrastructure on Azure and our Kubernetes clusters - designed for high throughput and highest availability - to support Flip's rapid growth across the globe. • Drive the resilience strategy: Define how we approach global scaling, zero-downtime deployments, rollback mechanisms and disaster recovery, and make sure the platform stays available around the clock. • Evolve our observability stack: Improve our LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) into a foundation our engineers can trust. • Improve our IaC Platform: Eliminate toil at the source, and make our infrastructure truly self-service for engineering teams. • Lead in incidents: Take a leading role in platform-related major incidents, drive blameless post-mortems for the squad, and translate findings into systemic improvements. • Mentor within the squad: Coach teammates, run RFCs and design reviews inside the team, and help engineers grow into stronger SREs. • Shape our roadmap: Partner with your squad to define the platform's direction.

• Strategic Business Partnering. Partner directly with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans, capability roadmaps, and productivity targets. You're hands-on in delivery, not just advisory, ensuring that Flipster experience is at the heart of everything we do. • International Expansion. Lead the HR workstream for our international scale-up: entity vs. EOR decisions, cross-border employment law, compensation banding, benefits benchmarking, and onboarding frameworks for international hires. • Performance, Talent & Culture. Design and run performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning. Coach managers to raise the leadership bar across the company. Maintain cultural cohesion as we scale rapidly across geographies. • People Analytics & Compensation. Own the full analytics layer - attrition, eNPS, time-to-productivity, cost-per-hire - and use it to drive investment decisions. Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking, equity refresh, and salary reviews. • Employee Relations & Compliance. Act as the first point of escalation for complex ER cases across all locations. Own employment risk management across Germany and our international entities. • AI & Project Delivery. Actively use AI tools to multiply your own output and enable managers to do the same. Own HR projects end-to-end with rigour - scoped, planned, and closed.

• Deliver Features End-to-End: Ship user-facing features in our core domains with a focus on measurable outcomes. • Cross-stack Development: Work hands-on with our mobile stack (Flutter, Dart) and extend into backend and web systems where appropriate. • Build with Care: Develop software following modern practices: API-first design, code reviews, automated testing, and utilizing MR environments for exploratory testing before a merge. • Validate What You Build: Instrument your features, observe how users actually behave, and use what you learn to refine, double down, or drop what doesn't work. • AI-Enabled Growth: Transition toward an AI-supported workflow, shifting focus from "writing code to spec" to holistic, end-to-end solution ownership. • Own Your Features: Own the features you deliver — from technical decisions and cross-team alignment in our guilds to rollout and iteration.
• You're the primary contact for all incoming customer requests, ensuring tickets are handled in a structured, timely, and high-quality way. You stay on top of high ticket volumes and prioritize with confidence. • You actively track developments in AI models and tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and others), independently challenge existing processes, and build intelligent automations, AI-powered triage, and scalable self-service solutions. • You configure and optimize our support platform (Zendesk or similar) — not just as a user, but as an architect. You build the KPIs and reporting structures that enable data-driven decisions, and actively push toward a 24/7 support model. • You translate customer feedback into structured, actionable insights for the product team and serve as a productive sparring partner for engineering via Linear, Jira, or similar.
