Job Description

Social Media Account Manager - (Dallas, TX)

Casual Fridays

Casual Fridays is a digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, strategy, content production, and paid social for hotels & resorts and hospitality brands. We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Junior Account Manager based in Dallas, Texas, for a work-from-home position. ARE YOU IN? You genuinely love making clients happy and take pride in delivering top-notch service through strong organization, clear communication, and thoughtful follow-through. You enjoy building relationships, sharing ideas, and helping clients move the needle in meaningful ways. You get oddly excited about shaping social media strategy and watching it perform in the wild. You love to travel, explore new cities, and dream up creative ways to showcase hotels alongside the destinations they call home. You thrive on developing strategy, guiding creative direction, and collaborating with specialists to bring ideas to life across social platforms. You’re always learning — tuning into marketing podcasts, tracking trends, and eagerly evaluating new platforms to see how they fit into the bigger picture. EXPERIENCE Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts and is ready to lead client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You’re confident leading Zoom calls, asking thoughtful questions that encourage clients to open up about their goals and initiatives, and listening closely to prescribe the right strategies and tactics. You can translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps that clients actually understand. You understand social media strategy (organic and paid), enjoy reporting and analysis, and can confidently guide clients through both challenges and opportunities. Visiting hotels genuinely excites you — you’re energized by being on property and confident in your ability to spot moments and ideas that turn into thumb-stopping content. You show up each day with a positive attitude, can juggle multiple priorities, and look for creative ways to surprise and delight clients. You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and communicate clearly. You’ll collaborate closely with the Account and Support teams to ensure clients feel supported and see consistent progress. ROLE This is a full-time, work-from-home Junior Account Manager role based in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, with travel 1-3 times per month. No two days are the same at Casual Fridays. You’ll lead client strategy, oversee account health, and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver against goals. You’ll run client calls, present recommendations, manage priorities, and identify opportunities for account growth — while delegating execution to the appropriate team members. This role requires comfort in a fast-paced agency environment, strong follow-through, and the ability to balance multiple clients at once. You are the primary strategic lead for your accounts and the main point of contact for your clients. Job Location: Dallas, TX. Relocation not provided for this position. This application process is only online. Please do not call or email. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and manage client relationships end-to-end, representing Casual Fridays to local and national clients across all U.S. time zones from onboarding through renewal - Lead client discovery and onboarding to establish goals, priorities, expectations, and success metrics - Develop and manage social media strategies that align with client goals and business objectives - Amplify client objectives through both organic and paid social approaches, including managing social media advertising strategy and performance - Lead monthly client calls and ongoing strategic communication, setting agendas and guiding decision-making - Oversee project management across multiple U.S. time zones, ensuring timelines, priorities, and resources are aligned - Delegate execution work clearly and consistently to the Support Team and Content Specialists - Ensure all client deliverables align with strategic intent before delivery - Analyze social media performance in the context of business objectives, translating results into insights, decisions, and next steps - Prepare and present regular client reporting with clear recommendations - Identify client challenges and proactively propose solutions, including upsell and account growth opportunities - Generate strategic ideas to evolve and improve client social media presence - Work independently and manage time effectively while balancing multiple client accounts - Stay up to date on trends and changes in the social media landscape to inform strategy and recommendations WHAT YOU’LL DO BEST This role is built around high-impact, strategic work where you create the most value for clients and the team: - Providing strategic leadership across each account, bringing clarity, direction, and confidence. - Setting strong foundations early by establishing trust, alignment, and clear expectations with clients - Turning complex client needs and performance data into clear, confident recommendations - Guiding clients through decisions rather than simply executing requests - Partnering cross-functionally to ensure strategy and execution stay aligned - Spotting opportunities others miss — whether solving problems, improving results, or growing accounts - Elevating conversations from “what happened” to “what should we do next” - Balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of outcomes
