Casual Fridays is a digital marketing agency specializing in social media strategy, content production, and paid social for hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands across North America. We create elevated, lifestyle-driven content that helps hotels stand out, drive demand, and connect with guests in a more meaningful way. We’re looking for a talented Lifestyle Photographer & Videographer who thrives on capturing cinematic, real-world moments in hotels & resorts and their beautiful destinations. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves being on-site, working fast, and delivering visuals that feel premium, natural, and intentional. ARE YOU IN? You live for being behind the camera and feel most energized when you’re on property, moving through a hotel or resort and capturing moments as they happen. You have a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and pacing — and you know how to turn everyday hotel experiences into content that feels aspirational and evokes emotion. You’re confident running solo on shoots, making creative decisions in the moment, and adapting quickly in real-world environments. You’re not interested in churning out basic social content. You care deeply about quality and take pride in delivering work that clearly exceeds standard iPhone or UGC-style capture. You enjoy collaborating with a creative team but value autonomy and trust when you’re on-site. You love travel, fast-paced shoot days, and the challenge of capturing authentic guest-focused moments without over-directing or overproducing. EXPERIENCE Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience capturing and editing lifestyle photo and video content — ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle-focused environments. You’re comfortable operating cinematic camera setups, shooting run-and-gun content efficiently, and editing both long-form and short-form assets with a polished finish. You understand how hotels work, how guests move through spaces, and how to blend into an environment to capture natural moments. You’re organized, reliable, and clear in your communication around shoot logistics, timelines, and deliverables. You collaborate well with social media teams and can offer practical guidance on framing, composition, and visual storytelling. ROLE This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, with travel 1-3 times per month to shoot hotels and resorts on location. No two shoots are the same at Casual Fridays. You’ll work closely with agency leadership and account teams to execute content that aligns with each client’s brand, goals, and creative direction — while owning how that content is captured from a technical and creative standpoint. This role is not focused on managing social accounts, calendars, or strategy. You are a dedicated shooter and editor whose primary responsibility is producing best-in-class lifestyle visuals. Job Location: Dallas, TX. Relocation not provided for this position. This application process is only online. Please do not call or email. RESPONSIBILITIES - Capture high-quality lifestyle photo and video content for hotels and resorts, primarily on-location - Execute cinematic, run-and-gun shoots in live hospitality environments - Operate professional camera rigs confidently and efficiently - Capture natural, guest-focused moments that feel elevated and authentic - Edit photo and video assets for both long-form and short-form use - Deliver polished final assets in organized galleries for clients - Support internal professional productions and assist with external lifestyle shoots as needed - Review shot lists and provide input on production schedules - Collaborate with social media and content teams, sharing best practices for framing and composition - Assist with sourcing and coordinating contract photographers, videographers, or production assistants when needed - Contribute to agency marketing content and internal creative initiatives - Help evaluate and recommend production tools, software, or equipment WHAT YOU’LL DO BEST This role is built around high-impact, strategic work where you create the most value for clients and the team: Showing up on-site and capturing cinematic lifestyle content in real-world hotel environments Making confident creative and technical decisions in fast-moving situations Turning everyday hotel experiences into compelling, premium visuals Producing content that clearly outperforms typical social media capture in quality and feel Balancing speed and polish without sacrificing storytelling Building trust with internal teams through consistency, reliability, and quality

Casual Fridays is a digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, strategy, content production, and paid social for hotels & resorts and hospitality brands. We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Junior Account Manager based in Dallas, Texas, for a work-from-home position. ARE YOU IN? You genuinely love making clients happy and take pride in delivering top-notch service through strong organization, clear communication, and thoughtful follow-through. You enjoy building relationships, sharing ideas, and helping clients move the needle in meaningful ways. You get oddly excited about shaping social media strategy and watching it perform in the wild. You love to travel, explore new cities, and dream up creative ways to showcase hotels alongside the destinations they call home. You thrive on developing strategy, guiding creative direction, and collaborating with specialists to bring ideas to life across social platforms. You’re always learning — tuning into marketing podcasts, tracking trends, and eagerly evaluating new platforms to see how they fit into the bigger picture. EXPERIENCE Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts and is ready to lead client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You’re confident leading Zoom calls, asking thoughtful questions that encourage clients to open up about their goals and initiatives, and listening closely to prescribe the right strategies and tactics. You can translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps that clients actually understand. You understand social media strategy (organic and paid), enjoy reporting and analysis, and can confidently guide clients through both challenges and opportunities. Visiting hotels genuinely excites you — you’re energized by being on property and confident in your ability to spot moments and ideas that turn into thumb-stopping content. You show up each day with a positive attitude, can juggle multiple priorities, and look for creative ways to surprise and delight clients. You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and communicate clearly. You’ll collaborate closely with the Account and Support teams to ensure clients feel supported and see consistent progress. You’ll lead client strategy, oversee account health, and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver against goals. You’ll run client calls, present recommendations, manage priorities, and identify opportunities for account growth — while delegating execution to the appropriate team members. This role requires comfort in a fast-paced agency environment, strong follow-through, and the ability to balance multiple clients at once. You are the primary strategic lead for your accounts and the main point of contact for your clients. Job Location: Dallas, TX. Relocation not provided for this position. This application process is only online. Please do not call or email. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and manage client relationships end-to-end, representing Casual Fridays to local and national clients across all U.S. time zones from onboarding through renewal - Lead client discovery and onboarding to establish goals, priorities, expectations, and success metrics - Develop and manage social media strategies that align with client goals and business objectives - Amplify client objectives through both organic and paid social approaches, including managing social media advertising strategy and performance - Lead monthly client calls and ongoing strategic communication, setting agendas and guiding decision-making - Oversee project management across multiple U.S. time zones, ensuring timelines, priorities, and resources are aligned - Delegate execution work clearly and consistently to the Support Team and Content Specialists - Ensure all client deliverables align with strategic intent before delivery - Analyze social media performance in the context of business objectives, translating results into insights, decisions, and next steps - Prepare and present regular client reporting with clear recommendations - Identify client challenges and proactively propose solutions, including upsell and account growth opportunities - Generate strategic ideas to evolve and improve client social media presence - Work independently and manage time effectively while balancing multiple client accounts - Stay up to date on trends and changes in the social media landscape to inform strategy and recommendations WHAT YOU’LL DO BEST This role is built around high-impact, strategic work where you create the most value for clients and the team: - Providing strategic leadership across each account, bringing clarity, direction, and confidence. - Setting strong foundations early by establishing trust, alignment, and clear expectations with clients - Turning complex client needs and performance data into clear, confident recommendations - Guiding clients through decisions rather than simply executing requests - Partnering cross-functionally to ensure strategy and execution stay aligned - Spotting opportunities others miss — whether solving problems, improving results, or growing accounts - Elevating conversations from “what happened” to “what should we do next” - Balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of outcomes
