Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

• Design, configure, and implement IAM/IGA solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity. • Support ServiceNow integration with IAM and IGA tools for access requests, approvals, incident management, and workflow automation. • Configure user lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver, role-based access control, and access certifications. • Implement and support SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows. • Integrate IAM/IGA platforms with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems. • Develop and maintain workflows, connectors, rules, policies, and access governance processes. • Support access reviews, compliance reporting, segregation of duties, and audit requirements. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to identity provisioning, authentication, integrations, and workflow failures. • Work with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and operational handover documents. • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment. • Provide post-implementation support and recommend improvements to enhance security, automation, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years in IAM, IGA, ServiceNow, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity.
- Experience with ServiceNow, especially workflows, catalog items, approvals, incidents, changes, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, access governance, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP / Active Directory, SCIM, and role-based access control.
- Experience with API integrations, connectors, web services, and automation.
- Good understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
