• Support the delivery, testing, deployment, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across federal customers. • Partner with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and ensure business needs are accurately represented throughout implementation efforts. • Review and validate requirements and user stories to ensure they are clearly defined, testable, and aligned with customer objectives. • Develop and execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing activities to validate system functionality and readiness. • Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, production readiness reviews, and go-live support for new ServiceNow capabilities. • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and communicate business impacts and resolutions. • Track defects, enhancements, risks, and action items across multiple projects and customer groups. • Monitor deployments and system changes to proactively identify and address potential issues. • Facilitate customer meetings, demonstrations, status updates, and deployment readiness discussions. • Support change management, user communications, training coordination, and adoption efforts. • Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.

• Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities within a Federal cybersecurity environment • Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions supporting RMF, cybersecurity workflows, and authorization package lifecycle activities • Configure IRM/GRC applications, CAM Workspace, Service Catalog items, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications • Develop custom applications, tables, automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs • Support Employee Center portal configuration, data migration activities, UAT, deployments, and documentation • Participate in Agile/SCRUM activities and provide training and knowledge transfer support

• Support the implementation and configuration of core ITSM capabilities within a USSOCOM environment • Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Operations Workspace functionality using ServiceNow best practices • Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, and Service Catalog modules • Develop catalog items, record producers, execution plans, workflows, and routing logic • Configure SLA/OLA management, prioritization models, categorization structures, templates, and assignment rules • Implement CMDB driven auto assignment and risk based change management processes • Configure Major Incident Management including communication plans, post incident reporting, and related workflows • Build dashboards, reports, surveys, and operational metrics • Configure Knowledge Management processes including article submission workflows, feedback, notifications, and access controls • Implement and configure Service Operations Workspace including persona based views, UI actions, routing rules, and live agent integrations with Microsoft Teams • Configure ACLs, User Criteria, UI Policies, forms, plugins, and update sets • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform administration

• Work in a highly critical production environment where automation and systems engineering expertise is essential • Support all three leading hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, and GCP • Develop and maintain solutions across multiple cloud platforms • Leverage infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration tools to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure cloud operations • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment, configuration management, and system maintenance • Emphasize cloud-agnostic automation using tools like Terraform to build reusable infrastructure that works consistently across AWS, Azure, and GCP by leveraging common features across cloud providers • Implement efficient engineering and operational processes and establish best practices to continuously enhance operational efficiency within and across teams • Take full responsibility and end-to-end ownership of systems and tasks in production environments • Develop and maintain reusable Terraform scripts; modify and run infrastructure code from existing modules; troubleshoot deployment issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments • Develop new Ansible playbooks; modify, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Ansible code to automate infrastructure configuration and management tasks • Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate operational tasks, including AWS Lambda functions and Azure Functions, to support infrastructure automation • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI and ArgoCD • Write and optimize pipeline scripts for automated testing and deployment • Leverage GitOps practices for managing infrastructure and application delivery
