Epic Training Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end Epic training program in partnership with Epic staff • Manage training execution, including classroom coordination, scheduling, materials, and staff readiness • Lead and operationalize the Super User program, including training, engagement, and go-live deployment • Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure alignment with future-state workflows • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure training milestones are met • Provide clear updates to leadership and drive accountability across departments • Design and implement post-go-live training and sustainment programs, including refresher training and new hire onboarding • Mentor two training coordinators throughout the training process.

Job Requirements

  • Direct experience supporting at least three full-cycle Epic implementations
  • Proven track record of building and leading a training program
  • Strong experience managing large-scale classroom training and logistics
  • Familiarity with Epic’s End User Training Services (EUTS) program
  • Familiarity with Epic training tools, including EpicU
  • Epic certification in at least one application
  • Experience leading Super User programs
  • Experience designing post-go-live training and optimization strategies
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.

Role Description As a Senior Manager Project Management (Network Transformation), you will lead early-stage physical Network Transformation initiatives from idea intake through decision-quality business case, enabling leaders to make fast, confident investment decisions.
